3. Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United Kingdom. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay—there are no hidden handling fees or surcharges.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been handed over to our couriers (such as Royal Mail, Evri, or DHL), you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this link to monitor your parcel's journey in real-time.
5. Delivery Constraints
- We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.
- We currently do not deliver to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or automated parcel lockers.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Caspier cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
6. Address Changes & Cancellations
- Address Changes: If you notice an error in your address, please contact us at info@caspier.com immediately. We can only amend details before the order enters the "Processing" stage.
- Cancellations: You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order may have already been dispatched, in which case it must be treated as a return.
7. Customs & Taxes
Since Caspier ships domestically within the United Kingdom, no customs duties or import taxes apply to your order. All prices are final.
